Shipping & Returns

*Covid-19 Shipping Update (Until Further Notice)- There is currently a lead time of at least 2-10 business days before shipping on most products due to limitations caused by the current pandemic. Many products are built to order and will require a longer lead time before shipping. If you need a product sooner, or would like to know what to expect for a shipment, please send us an email at info@redline4x4.com , use our contact us page, or give us a call at (512)270-8334. Once your order is placed it may be subject to a restocking fee even if it has not shipped yet. We will do our best to work with you if you should need a refund, but because of the nature of the industry and the current climate, many items are coming directly from the manufacturer and may not be able to be cancelled for a full refund. *

Price matching policy: 
At Redline 4x4 we will make every effort to ensure that we are providing the best products at the most up to date prices available. If you find a better price on a product we will make a good faith effort to match if we are notified within 1 business day of your order. These prices cannot include sale or promotional pricing and these prices must follow MAP guidelines set forth by manufacturers. We will not be able to match mistakes in pricing, or pricing that does not follow manufacturer MAP guidelines. 

All products are shipped via USPS, UPS. or FedEx (unless otherwise specified)

Please allow up to 48 Hours to process your order; if you have a time sensitive shipment please give us a call to ensure there are no delays.

All products are shipped out from one of the authorized Redline 4x4 shipping locations. Redline 4x4 drop ships some products while some products ship direct from our main facility. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.  

In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below.  All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Redline 4x4 within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied claim to our Guarantees and a refund.

If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:

  • IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US
  • Keep the product with its original packaging and box
  • Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
  • Redline 4x4 will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above to schedule a pickup if needed.  DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Redline 4x4.

Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.

The shipping rates shown at time of checkout on our site are based on a weight guesstimate and then formulated via a UPS shipping program.  The rates do not take into account dimensions.  If your shipment weight is higher than the online cart can process, please contact us for a shipping quote. If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. International orders (Outside the USA) are not automatically processed as we may require additional information from you.

An order that has shipped from our location or a supplier can not be cancelled, these are classified as returns.  Unfortunately once it has shipped restocking fees will apply if they are applicable.  Special order items, custom built items will not be able to be returned.  For this reason it is extremely important to check your invoice or order form. 

If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 25% restocking fee. In some cases, we may offer the ability to return the item to us for a lesser restocking fee and then keep the balance as a store credit.  To return an item, it must be in brand new condition with original packaging.  If the item cannot be resold or is a special order or custom made item, we cannot accept a return.  Shipping is non refundable in either direction unless approved by Redline 4x4. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. All products shipped from the Redline 4x4 warehouse are shipped via FedEx, USPS, or Freight and may require a signature when delivered. Some packages shipped from the manufacturer may or may not require signatures for package release. FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL have package pick up locations if you are unable to sign for the package.  If the package is returned to Redline 4x4 or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 25% restocking fee if you choose to not have the item reshipped. These fees will be charged to your account on file or will be invoiced to you. 

Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s vehicle.  These items are required to be paid in full.  Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable.  These special order items cannot be returned or resold.  Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts. 

Redline 4x4 DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.

If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return.  We will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you may be required to purchase a replacement.

In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Redline 4x4, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement.  We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.

Store Credit Memos

Credit Memo is good for 12 months from the date of issue to use as store credit.  Refunds will be handled by the manor originally paid if applicable otherwise a check will be mailed.  Credit memo can not be converted from terms assigned, ie credit card payment to cash etc.  All cash payments will be refunded via check.
